At ION8, we stand by the quality of our leak-proof hydration solutions and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your bottle isn't the perfect fit for your home or lifestyle, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the ION8 bottle is unused and in its original packaging; securely pack the items to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
